Welcome to Somdul Table ("we," "our," or "us"), an authentic Thai meal delivery service operating in the United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and Somdul Table regarding your use of our website, mobile application, and meal delivery services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

  • Subscription-based meal delivery: Weekly and monthly plans featuring authentic Thai cuisine

  • Customizable preferences: Dietary accommodations and spice level adjustments
  • Fresh ingredients: High-quality, locally-sourced ingredients when possible
  • Convenient scheduling: Flexible delivery times and meal planning

2.2 Service Availability

Our services are subject to availability and may be limited by:

  • Geographic delivery zones
  • Kitchen capacity and preparation times
  • Seasonal ingredient availability
  • Weather conditions and force majeure events
  • Federal holidays and local restrictions

3. User Registration & Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Be responsible for maintaining account security
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Logging out of your account at the end of each session
  • Immediately notifying us of any security breaches

4.2 Menu Selection

Subscribers can:

  • Pre-select meals from our weekly rotating menu
  • Modify meal choices up to the cutoff time (typically 48-72 hours before delivery)
  • Skip weeks or pause subscriptions with advance notice
  • Customize spice levels and dietary preferences

4.3 Subscription Management

You may:

  • Pause your subscription for up to 4 weeks per year
  • Skip individual delivery weeks
  • Modify your plan size with one billing cycle notice
  • Cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 7)

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • ACH bank transfers (for recurring subscriptions)

5.2 Billing and Charges

  • Subscription charges: Billed automatically according to your plan cycle

5.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • Account may be cancelled after 7 days of failed payment attempts

6. Delivery Policy

6.1 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select ZIP codes. Delivery availability is determined by:

  • Demand and operational capacity
  • Weather and safety conditions

6.2 Delivery Schedule

  • Time slots: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM in 3-hour windows
  • Advance notice: Delivery schedules are confirmed 24 hours in advance
  • Modifications: Delivery changes must be requested at least 12 hours prior
  • Missed deliveries: See our redelivery policy below

6.3 Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery
  • Clear and accurate delivery address is required
  • Safe and accessible delivery location
  • Special instructions should be provided in advance

6.4 Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery:

  • We will attempt to contact you during the delivery window
  • Meals may be left in a safe location (per your instructions)
  • Redelivery fees may apply for same-day redelivery requests
  • Refunds are not available for customer-missed deliveries

7. Cancellation & Refunds

7.1 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and selecting "Cancel Subscription"
  • Contacting our customer support team
  • Sending a written cancellation request to support@somdultable.com

7.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Weekly subscriptions: Cancel up to 48 hours before your next delivery
  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel up to 7 days before your next billing cycle
  • Immediate cancellation: May result in forfeiture of current week's meals

7.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are available for:

  • Service failures: Late deliveries, wrong orders, quality issues
  • Cancelled orders: Orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe
  • Defective meals: Meals that don't meet our quality standards

Refunds are not available for:

  • Customer missed deliveries
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Meals consumed despite quality concerns (without prior reporting)
  • Cancellations outside the allowed timeframe

7.4 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative
  • Processing fees may be deducted from refund amounts

8. User Conduct

8.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
  • Use the Service to commit fraud or engage in deceptive practices

  • We cannot guarantee that our meals are free from all allergens
  • Cross-contamination may occur in our kitchen facilities
  • You are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or restrictions
  • Consult healthcare providers for specific dietary needs

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somdul Table shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
